CurvesSmart 4.2.1
We have updated the latest release of CurvesSmart. The system includes a diagnostic message that will enable clubs to help determine if their system is running correctly. This not only reduces downtime but ensures members are getting the most accurate feedback to help them achieve their goals. The system analyzes data and informs if a station is not functioning correctly.
The current version of CurvesSmart (4.2.0) has this utility message currently set to always on. This release (4.2.1) allows users to turn on the messaging to periodically check for accuracy. To turn on the feature follow the instructions below:

Step 1 – Open MYTRAK Setup and Diagnostics

Step 2 – Click on Global Settings
-
Step 3 – Check on the ‘Disable error messages in Kiosk’ to remove the default check mark
This will enable messages being displayed in the Kiosk. Example: ‘ROM out of parameters’ will now pop up when a user scans out.

Introducing Marilyn – MYTRAK’s newest addition to our Technical Support Department.

MYTRAK Communicator for CurvesSmart II
For Community Health Leader Clubs who are part of our VIP Program, the MYTRAK device now shares information with CurvesSmart II. The Communicator System consolidates all calories burned from daily lifestyle activities AND the CurvesSmart workout, creating an even greater benefit to your members’ strength training workout, motivating them to continue coming into the club and pursuing their fitness and weight loss goals!
When your members workout with this system, they are able to track their calories burned on the recovery boards (especially great on an alternative workout day), and receive the additional calories from the strength equipment. This data will be added directly to their MYTRAK Daily Gauge and is viewed on-line in the My Dashboard charts. Members will simply place their device on the MYTRAK Sync Station connected to your CurvesSmart computer and it will communicate with their CurvesSmart program. At the end of their workout, they will once again dock their device and the data will be instantly added into their charts and will be available for viewing online.

Look under the ‘Technical Support’ option on the CurvesSmart website. Both ‘Troubleshooting’ and ‘Online Support’ have documents to assist you with common training issues and troubleshooting procedures.
These documents have been specifically designed to help you maintain and understand your CurvesSmart System.
Documents like “Configuring A Station”, “Registering Your Software” and specific “Station Focus” documents are informative and easy to understand.
